General terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to your registration as a user of the Victor Vaissier online shop and on all product orders that you make using the Victor Vaissier online shop.

If you are not able to proceed to check out with your order, please contact us at order@vaissier.com. 

Prices

All prices include VAT at 25%. Should the VAT rate change, Victor Vaissier reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly. Subject to any printing and typing errors, and products selling out.

Payment terms

You can make your payment using a credit card or Klarna.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. These card payments are handled by our partner Shopify payments to ensure quick and secure payments.

Order confirmation

When we have received your order, an order confirmation will automatically be sent to your registered e-mail address. Always make a habit of checking your order confirmation. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. Save your order confirmation so that you have it at hand whenever you contact us.

Applicable legislation

These terms and conditions and agreements between yourself and Victor Vaissier are subject to Swedish substantive law. Any disputes will be resolved by a Swedish court of law. Victor Vaissier AB is a Swedish limited company with corporate identification number 556792-4500.

FROM FRANCE TO SWEDEN


The Victor Vaissier brand has been reinvigorated by CEO Paul Hodann, who discovered the brand and its history at a flea market in Paris and wanted to share it with the wider world. Victor Vaissier is now owned by Paul. The entire team is based in Sweden and brings together a depth of experience in retail, branding, sales and marketing.
